REFINERY North This space is approximately 6000 square feet with an L-shaped floor plan and second floor Mezzanine. The recommended max capacity for a seated dinner is 350 guests at tables of ten with room for a dance floor, buffet, bar, and other event attractions. More guests may be accommodated depending on the needs of the event. This space can also be divided into two smaller event spaces which can be used for a medium-sized ceremony and reception or corporate meeting and lunch space. Refinery North also includes access to the Lounge which can serve as a great bridal party suite or band green room. REFINERY South This space is approximately 7000 square feet with an open floor plan. The recommended max capacity for a seated dinner is 410 guests at tables of ten with room for a dance floor, buffet, bar, and other event attractions. More guests may be accommodated depending on the needs of the event. The large, open space allows for a multitude of events configured in many ways, making this space one of the most flexible event spaces in the area.

Courtyard

This space is approximately 5000 square feet of outdoor space between Refinery North and South. Both spaces offer direct access to the Courtyard.  This space is great for ceremonies, cocktail receptions, and outdoor dinners. The Courtyard space can accommodate a tent (when preferred, not required) of up to 50’x70’ in size. The Courtyard must be added to a rental of Refinery North or South and is included with the entire facility rental. Chiavari chairs are not permitted outside, but similar folding chairs are available for $1.50 each.
